Willow House at The Meadows is largely a private pay program and cannot hold a patient's insurance company responsible for payment. However, our staff is more than happy to do whatever we can to work with a patient's insurance company to alleviate the financial cost of treatment. Upon admission to Willow House at The Meadows, a patient must sign a “Conditions of Admission” contract that obligates her to pay for the services rendered. Payment terms are based on a patient’s length of stay and are scheduled with the patient prior to admission. Willow House at The Meadows accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Our main concern is providing recovery and helping people find a more fulfilling life. When insurance coverage does not apply, we suggest patients consult our Intake/Financial Coordinators who will review costs and payment options, and work with patients to make arrangements that fit their financial situations.

Because insurance policies and benefits vary greatly, it is recommended that a patient provide Willow House at The Meadows with insurance information prior to arrival on campus so that our staff can obtain a quote for coverage under a patient's policy. Your insurance carrier or managed care company will ultimately determine the suitability of care based on your presenting issue(s) and may certify a portion of a patient's stay. Rarely does an insurance carrier approve an entire treatment stay.
While Willow House at The Meadows has no control over the outcome of the insurance reviews, our highly trained staff will work hard to obtain the maximum benefit allowed by a patient's company or carrier. Formal reviews do not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier upon final billing.

To ensure your admission goes smoothly, please provide the following required information:
- Patient’s name, address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number, and an emergency contact.
- The name, address and telephone number of the patient’s insurance carrier and insurance policy group.
- The insured’s employer name, address, and telephone number.
- The name, address and telephone number of the insured and the patient’s relationship to the insured (in the event that the patient is a dependent of the insured individual).
